Built by first responders

Public safety software that puts people first.

Why ServePS?

Technology should support the mission, not become one. We build for the field first, then make the engineering serve that experience.

UI first. Everything else supports it.

Screens your crews won’t fight with at 3 a.m. Fewer clicks, clearer workflows, and interfaces shaped by people who have worked the job.

Customizable to your agency

Configurable state profiles, roles, forms, and workflows, with import and export everywhere, so your data is never locked in.

Cloud-native, field-ready

Modern cloud architecture with offline-first mobile, so documentation keeps moving even when connectivity doesn’t.

More from ServePS

Purpose-built tools for the field.

People First. Mission Always.

ServePS was founded by first responders who got tired of fighting the software between them and the job. We build the tools we wished we’d had, and we’re just getting started.

ServeSuite is still in development.

We are building it now, alongside the people who will use it. Nothing here is available to try yet. Modules will open up as they become ready.
