These terms govern your use of this website, serveps.com, operated by ServePS Software Solutions, LLC (“ServePS,” “we,” “us”), and your participation in our text messaging programs. By using this site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms. Our software products are governed by their own separate agreements.
Use of this website
You may browse this site and use its content to learn about and evaluate our products. The content, design, logos, and product names on this site belong to ServePS or their respective owners, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
ServePS products and services can send text messages, such as ServeSuite scheduling and operational notifications, to users who have opted in to receive them.
- Consent. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ServePS at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your role, your agency’s configuration, and program activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and stop sending messages to your number.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, email cody.carroll@serveps.net, or call +1 (720) 677-3295 for assistance.
- Privacy. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
