This policy describes how ServePS Software Solutions, LLC (“ServePS,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website, serveps.com. Our products have their own agreements and policies that govern data handled inside those products.
Information we collect
When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share, typically your name, agency, role, contact information, and message. This site has no contact form and does not route your message through a third-party form service.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested, user agent) may be retained by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about products you asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site (such as our hosting and email provider).
Text messaging (SMS)
Some ServePS products and services can send text messages, such as ServeSuite scheduling and operational notifications, to users who have opted in to receive them. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use this information only to deliver the messages you signed up for.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
